FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Rock im Park Boutique is the official online shop for Rock am Ring merch – with T-shirts, hoodies, caps, accessories and special drops for fans of the legendary festival at the Nürburgring.
You can only get official Rock am Ring merchandise here in the boutique or on-site at the festival.
Many of the products you can buy online will also be available at the festival. However, there are also online exclusives , and there will be a wider selection on-site, especially of accessories, but also our Shirt of the Day . So if you're a true Rock am Ring fan, it's best to keep an eye on both.
Artist merchandise is available on-site at the festival or in the respective artists' online shops. No artist merchandise is offered in the Rock am Ring Boutique.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the country and chosen shipping method – you can find all the information under Delivery Times and Shipping Costs.
We deliver to all countries within the EU (European Union) and to the United Kingdom (UK). Details can be found under Delivery Times and Shipping Costs. view.
We will ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days – you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email as soon as your shipment is on its way.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the speed of the parcel delivery services; you can find guidelines and experience regarding delivery times here.
During periods with high order volume (e.g., shortly after the festival or shortly before Christmas), processing may take a little longer - please understand, we are doing our best :)
No problem! You can return or exchange your order free of charge within 30 days .

In our boutique you can pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Klarna Pay Later, PayPal, Apple, Google Pay, Shop Pay, USDC and other local providers.
On-site at the festival merchandise stand
As with the entire festival, payment is exclusively cashless via a cashless system using a chip attached to the festival wristband, which is loaded with credit; alternative payment methods such as cash, credit or debit card are not accepted on the grounds - but there are top-up stations on site where you can load credit onto the chip with a card or cash.
Sustainability
Today we bear the responsibility for tomorrow. The sustainability of our products is very important to us. That's precisely why we chose Spreadshirt as our merchandise manufacturer: you can find more information about sustainability here.
All items are produced via Spreadshirt using a print-on-demand process. This means that we only begin production of your order once you have completed your purchase (excluding leftover festival merchandise). As a result, compared to conventional off-the-rack products, you not only receive your own personalized item, but also a particularly sustainable one. Because:
- We use the best digital direct printers on the market, which are characterized by completely non-toxic and 100% biodegradable inks as well as waterless printing.
- We produce completely paperless, saving over 8 million sheets of paper per year, which corresponds to approximately 767 trees.
- We provide you with the exact measurements and size recommendations for all our products, so that your new favorite item really fits you and doesn't have to be returned.
We plan our stock so that as little as possible remains after the festival. However, if there are any leftovers, they will be sold here in the boutique and not destroyed. So it's always worth checking back :)
These items are naturally strictly limited and not produced using the standard print-on-demand method.
